who we are
Hi! We’re Aubrey and Kylie — two friends who bonded over bulletin boards, classroom chaos, and a shared love of baking bread.
We met during Kylie’s first year of teaching kindergarten, and quickly discovered we had more in common than lesson plans. Between staff meetings and snack duty, we started swapping sourdough tips and dreaming up big bakery ideas. What began as weekend bakes turned into a passion project we couldn’t ignore — and soon, The Rolling Loaves was born.
We craft small-batch, handmade breads and baked goods from our home kitchens, using simple ingredients, traditional methods, and a whole lot of heart. Whether it’s porch pickups or weekend farmers markets, our goal is to bring warmth, comfort, and fresh-baked joy to your table.
And this is just the beginning. Our long-term dream? A boutique-style bread trailer — a cozy, mobile bakehouse where we can serve our loaves, sweets, and smiles wherever the road (and the dough) takes us.
Thanks for being here. We’re so excited to share what we’re baking — and where we’re headed!
